ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATIONS WRITER

We are urgently looking for Specs Writer 2Nos.


The Architectural Specifications (terms) Writer’s primary duty is to create and support the production of, project manuals in the office.
Work together with project teams to ensure budgeting for specification production, and organize preparation and production of project manuals; Prepares project manuals from the Company master specification core.
Help team members in project manual preparation work where not specially asked to write them.
Train, guide and encourage staff in developing spec writing skill.
Function as a technical reserve for material and product evaluations and selections.
Function as a technical head and active member of office’s technical group.
Maintain skill in construction products, techniques, and sequences by staying well-informed of product developments, new materials, system changes, and in progress industry trends.


MUST BE A GRADUATE OF ARCHITECTURE
PREFERABLY A LICENSED ARCHITECT
PRECEDING RELATED EXPERIENCE IN SPECS WRITING
CONSULTANCY EXPERIENCE (PREFERABLE)
