Junior Estimator / Electrical Engineer / Commercial Assistant

Responsible for supporting the Commercial Manager by managing the Tenders, Contracts, Estimation, Administration & Subcontracts Management.
Responsible for resolving contractual and commercial issues and for working with the sales and marketing team in the coordination of marketing activities and other company activities.
Bid/Proposal/Tender Management

Understanding clients requirements from RFP/RFQ and arranging survey/ visit sites as necessary to compile accurate tender proposals.
Prepare to cost & undertake cost analysis for tender submissions in consultation with the Bid Manager and MEP operational personnel.
Visit sites as necessary to compile accurate tender proposals.
Assist in the preparation of cost based on project details, Bills of Quantities and actual condition findings.
Evaluate the contract supplied by the client as part of the tender process and identify any potential areas of risk.
Contribute to post-submission clarification responses and tender presentations if required.
Create a contract program if required, maintaining and updating these as projects proceed.

Must be a QS or Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer

Required NOC Transferable

Salary - 5K - 6K
